"Refer and Earn"

We want to thank our loyal client who appreciate our quality of approach, flexibility, helpfulness, and discretion and reward them for recommending us to every other client who books a flight with us.

For both existing (Referrer) and new (Referred) clients we offer a reward of 300 or 500 EUR. There is no limit to the number of clients that can be referred. 

The referring client will receive a discount (credit) on their next flight booked with our company. The discount (credit) is 300 EUR for a flight whose price does not exceed 9 999 EUR and 500 EUR for a booked flight exceeding 9 999 EUR. 

The referred client will receive a 300 EUR discount on his/her first flight booked if the price is up to 9 999 EUR and 500 EUR for a flight over 9 999 EUR.

Program Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Conditions of the "Refer and Earn Program"
 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of the Refer and Earn Program ("Program") ("Terms and Conditions") form part of the contractual relationship between Charter Advisory Ltd, K letišti 1040/10, Ruzyně, 161 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, ID No.: 03235076, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 229114 ("Charter Advisory" or "we"), the Referring Client (as defined below) and the Referred Client (as defined below) (the Referring Client and the Referred Client collectively referred to as "you"). Participation in the Program allows you to receive, subject to these Terms and Conditions, a reward in the form of a discount on a private flight booked through Charter Advisory.

1.2 By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not understand, accept or agree to the Terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Program. These Terms are part of a binding legal agreement between you and Charter Advisory.

2. Conditions of participation in the program
 

2.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a Referred Client is a natural or legal person who has not made any private or group flights through Charter Advisory Ltd. in the previous 24 months from the date of verification of the Referral by the Referring Client ("Referred Client").

2.2 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a Referring Client is a natural or legal person who has made a private or group flight through Charter Advisory Ltd in the preceding 24 months from the date of verification of the Referred Client's recommendation ("Referring Client").

2.3 The Referred Client shall, as part of the completion of the enquiry form or other method of enquiry for Charter Advisory's services, provide the Referring Client's details (in the range of first and last name/company name, year of birth/ID number, email) in a note. Charter Advisory will then contact the Referring Client to verify the referral.

2.4 If the Referred Client, no later than 1 year after the referral has been verified in accordance with paragraph 2.3, mandatorily books and pays for a private flight through Charter Advisory, the Referring Client and the Referred Client shall be entitled to the remuneration in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Reward
 

3.1 If all the terms and conditions of this Program are met, the Referred Client will be entitled to a one-time reward in the form of a discount on the first private flight booking through Charter Advisory. In the case of a total flight value of up to and including 9,999 EUR, the Referred Client is entitled to a reward in the form of a discount of 300 EUR. In the case of a total flight value of more than 9,999 EUR, the Referred Client is entitled to a reward in the form of a discount of 500 EUR. This discount will be automatically credited to the private flight booking in question.

3.2 If all the conditions of this Program are met, the Referring Client will be entitled to a one-off reward in the form of a discount on the private flight booking through Charter Advisory. In the case of a total flight value of up to and including 9,999 EUR, the Referring Client is entitled to a reward in the form of a discount of 300 EUR. In the case of a total flight value of more than 9,999 EUR, the Referring Client is entitled to a reward in the form of a discount of 500 EUR. The entitlement to the reward shall commence at the time of the Referred Client's first private flight through Charter Advisory. This discount will be automatically credited to the Referring Client's subsequent private flight booking.

3.3 Remuneration under these terms and conditions is provided solely by way of a discount on the private flight booked through Charter Advisory. The Reward will not be provided in cash, credit or any other form.

3.4 The entitlement to the Reward cannot be transferred to a third party in any way.

3.5 Charter Advisory reserves the right not to provide a reward in the form of a discount within a single booking in justified cases and to spread the discount across multiple bookings.

4. Dispute resolution and applicable law

4.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

4.3 Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

5. Other
 

5.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. If the provision in question cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Conditions and all other provisions shall remain in force.

5.2 By participating in the Program, you expressly confirm that you are entitled to transfer the personal data of the Referring Client or Referred Client to Charter Advisory by applicable law, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

5.3 We may change these Terms and other policies or terms from time to time. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will let you know before the changes take effect. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes means that you accept the modified Terms.

5.4 Charter Advisory may cancel the Program at any time without notice. From the time of cancellation, you may not participate in the Program and Charter Advisory will not verify any further referrals. If a recommendation has been verified by paragraph 2.3. prior to the cancellation of the Programme, entitlement to a reward will be governed by these Terms.
